Activities Accounting Web (AAWeb), the next generation of activities accounting software has been released.

"AAWeb provides an upgrade path for our AAPro customers, while allowing us to address the activities accounting needs of larger school districts," said Scott Schollenberger, vice president of research and development.

The AAWeb solution is designed to track school activities monies and grant-in-trust funds. It can adapt to the needs of a single school or an entire district and is customer-hosted. AAWeb offers numerous accounting reports which export to a variety of formats. Additionally, AAWeb allows users to customize permissions for accounting functions, including purchase order approval, check approval and account reconciliation. Online inquiry and tracking tools are also available to users.

"We designed and wrote AAWeb from the ground up as a modern Web 2.0 application using the latest technologies," stated Schollenberger.

The full line of Harris School Solutions software provides options for student information, school nutrition, school business, employee time and attendance, adult-vocational education, data backup/recovery and transportation management.
