Harris School Solutions has an opening for a Customer Service Representative and a Training Specialist with our K-12 Schools software team. The positions are based in our Lawrence, KS office. Harris School Solutions is also seeking an Account Executive to join our K12 Schools Sales team.
Customer support representatives are responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality support and the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding fully the software and its functions, identifying the customer’s problems, resolving and following through all calls in a timely manner.
Training specialists provide a quality software implementation to our clients, employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. Trainings will be delivered at customer sites across the U.S. and Canada or remotely via the web.
The customer support position requires less than 10% travel while the training specialist position requires 75% travel including some weekend travel. Advanced computer literacy and accounting/payroll skills, especially with non-profit organizations, are most important for success.

The individual selected for the Account Executive role will be a highly energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Candidate will interact directly with current Account Executives and customers to ensure a smooth transition of knowledge.
