Harris School Solutions is a division of Harris Computer Systems, which was formed in 1976.  Through aggressive acquisition and growth, Harris Computer Systems now has over 5,000 customers and over 750 employees.

In 1996 Harris Computer Systems was purchased by and remains a fully owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Incorporated.  Constellation Software Inc (CSI) is an international provider of market leading software and services to a select number of industries, both in the public and private sectors.
