New eCommerce Requisition in AptaFund

A new eCommerce Requisition feature in AptaFund school fund accounting solution allows authorized staff in school districts to securely access the web store of popular suppliers such as Staples, Office Basics, School Specialty, and Office Depot.    >>click for example screen shot
 

The buyer can search the supplier’s web site and select items for purchase using a “shopping cart.” The shopping cart of items is then sent via the internet in real time to AptaFund, which converts the shopping cart into a requisition. This requisition is ready to be worked, approved, and converted to a Purchase Order which is sent to the supplier.
 

eCommerce Requisition has many benefits for school districts. The number of steps to process an order is greatly reduced. Manual processes are eliminated, which eliminates errors and the follow-up necessary to correct errors go down significantly. Order and fulfillment processes are faster because accurate information is electronically routed to the person who needs it.
